Forecast subscriptions, sold by FK Logistics LLC d/b/a Forecast.

How billing works

When you choose a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The 90-day box renews every 3 months at the price shown at checkout. The Monthly plan renews every month at the price shown at checkout.

Pause or cancel any time

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can pause or cancel from your customer account, from the manage-subscription link in your order emails, or by emailing support@forecastwellness.com.

To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling stops all future charges. Orders that have already been charged and sent to fulfillment cannot be cancelled, and are covered by our refund policy, including the Foundation 30-Day Guarantee.

Price changes

If the price of your plan changes, we will email you before your next renewal so you can cancel first if you prefer.
